The purpose of processing personal data is:
Acceptance and transfer of all necessary personal data to the Operator for processing incoming requests of individuals or legal entities (Users) for the purpose of consulting, sending comments to individuals or legal entities (Users); analytics of the actions of the individuals (Users) on the Website and the functioning of the Website; fulfillment of obligations under the offer agreement accepted by the User on the Website.
The list of personal data to which the Consent applies:
Full name, type, series, and number of the identity document, date of issue of the identity document and information about the issuing authority, date of birth (day, month, year), place of birth, address, contact phone number, e-mail address (depending on the category of the subject based on the list of processed personal data).
Actions for the implementation of which Consent is given:
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, destruction.
Withdrawal of Consent:
Consent is valid until the goal of processing personal data is achieved or until the need to achieve such a goal is lost, and also terminates in the event of liquidation or reorganization of the Operator.
How to withdraw Consent:
Consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending a written request to the Operator. The processing of personal data can be continued if there are grounds specified within clauses 2-11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10, and part 2 of article 11 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data".
